What is vector control? What are its advantages?Issuing time:2019-03-27 14:25 In peacetime, we may also encounter some keywords, such as "trapezoidal wave", "sine wave" and "vector control". Only when you understand what they really mean can you choose the right product in your new design. In the past ten or even twenty years, the servo motor market has changed from a brushed servo to a brushless servo market, which is mainly determined by the low maintenance rate and high stability of the brushless servo. In the past ten years, the driving part of the circuit and system technology has been developed very well. The control methods are also fully implementable for the functions described by those keywords. Most high-performance servo systems use an internal control loop to control torque. This internal torque ring cooperates with the external speed ring and position ring to achieve different control effects. The design of the external control loop is independent of the matching motor, and the design of the internal torque loop is closely related to the performance of the matched motor. The torque control of the brush motor is very simple, because the brush motor itself can complete the commutation work. The torque output is proportional to the DC voltage of the two pole inputs of the brush motor. Torque can also be easily controlled via the P-I control loop. The main function of the P-I control loop is to adjust the input voltage of the motor in real time by detecting the deviation between the actual current of the motor and the control current. |
